The proposed solution is based on the construction of two buildings, one facing João Saraiva Street and the other facing Rua Aprígio Mafra, connected by two bodies perpendicular to these streets. This set thus defines a patio, place of coexistence for the users.
The patio will have a green, permeable central space, accessed by a “deck” that develops along the perimeter. It will be open for public use during daylight hours.
Two lateral garden areas complete this proposal. These are equally permeable and landscaped spaces which allow the transverse bodies to be at a distance.
